Deposits

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required before production begins

  • Orders of 1–5 shirts:
    Payment is due in full before production begins. A deposit option is not available for orders of 1–5 shirts.

    Orders of 6 or more shirts:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

  • Orders are not started until the deposit or payment has been received.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround is 4-7 business day after artwork approval and deposit.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Artwork

  • Customers should submit high-quality artwork.

  • Basic background removal and resolution cleanup may be available for an additional fee

Payments

  • We accept Zelle and major credit/debit cards through Square.

  • Final payment is due 2 days before pickup, delivery, or shipping or when production is done whichever comes first

Pickup, Delivery, & Shipping

  • Metro Atlanta pickup available

  • Local Delivery available ( fees may apply)

  • Nationwide shipping available.

Order Changes

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started

Returns & Refunds

  • Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final

  • We will correct any production errors made by PurePress

Shirt Sizes

  • Customers are responsible for confirming sizes before production

Care Instructions

  • Wash inside out in cold water.

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.
